Our Team

Matt Sweeney is a life-long resident of Athens, Ohio. A 1993 graduate of Ohio University, he began in real estate sales before becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser. In 1996, he opened Matthew Sweeney Appraisals and, with his team, has been providing clients with professional, accurate, and timely appraisal services.

Tim Galway, a graduate of Ohio University ('93) with an M.A. from Ohio State University ('97), joined the team in 1998 as a Certified Residential Appraiser.
